I updated the theme to the latest version.

You were using resized version of your logo image. I chose to use full size instead.

If you would like to increase the size even further, please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options > General Styling tab

}

Sorry for the late reply! We released new version of Enfold so forums are a little busy a bit :)

Please use the code as following instead

}}

As you mentioned, previous code was hiding widget in mobile but this one should hide it on screens wider than 767px :)

Yes, you can delete old version and then install new version. If there were no modifications on parent theme files, it should go smoothly :)

Could you please update Enfold to the latest version 4.7.1 and check once again?

I saw following notification in theme update tab

Get Product Version: Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
- response_code: 403
- reason: scope-missing

I believe that is why you have not received the update. Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and generate a new Personal Token :)

No, you can use the same license on your staging and live server.

However you would not be able to auto update the theme as you are using an version older than 4.5. Envato has updated their API and API keys are deprecated. We applied those changes in Enfold 4.5 so any Enfold version older than 4.5 would not auto update. Please update the theme via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp and then refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and generate a Personal Token to receive auto updates :)

1- Yes, because if first options is not accepted, none of the cookies will be stored so cookie consent message will popup each time your visitors navigate through your pages. And essential cookies have to be accepted by default for your website to work properly. Users can go to their cookie settings and opt-out.

2- We offer English and fellow Enfold users contribute translations for us. German files were translated by native German speakers but we have written the description. Kriesi himself has attended GDPR seminars, consulted his lawyer and our devs are very well informed about GDPR requirements. Enfold is GDPR compliant :)

Hi,

WP login credentials did not work for me while FTP logins worked.

It seems like the issue is related to “so widgets bundle” plugin. I deactivated it by renaming the folder from “so-widgets-bundle” to “old-so-widgets-bundle” in /wp-content/plugins/ folder and fatal error went away.

Could you please review your sites and confirm if it is fixed?

We escaped HTML in titles for security reasons however we have reverted back as users would like to use it unescaped.

Envato has updated their API and we have include those changes in Enfold 4.5 and since you are using an older version than 4.5, you are going to need to update the theme manually. I checked again and you are actually still using 4.7.

I saw following notification in Enfold theme options > Theme Update tab

Attention: The old Envato API is deprecated and will be shut down soon. In order to be able to use automated theme updates please generate a new valid API token and enter it above. Your themeforest username and your old API key will then be removed from your installation since they are no longer required.

So i believe you are going to need to generate a new token and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive 4.7.1 – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token

I also noticed that you have 6 Enfold installations in total. Please delete all older versions and leave only active one.

They are not grayed out on my end. I attached screenshots in private content field.
Does it happen on a certain browser? Also, have you tried clearing cookies from your browser and check if that helps?
