Could you please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately? Also, please point out posts where you have HTML in excerpt :)

Please add following code to Quick CSS as well

I wanted to update the file for you however it is not writable.

Please go to /wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/av-helper-slideshow.php and replace it with following one – https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_7_1/av-helper-slideshow.php.

If you would like us to update the file for you, please post FTP logins here privately.

Also, you seem to have 2 Enfold parent themes, so please make sure you are replacing the file on correct version :)

Actually Enfold 4.7.1 is compatible with PHP versions up to 7.4.1.

Just to check, could you please try setting PHP version back to 7.2 and check if icons show up?

Please check PHP version on your other site and make sure it is 7.x. If it is not, you can contact your hosting provider and they can upgrade it for you.

If that does not help, please post FTP and WP admin logins of the site where you are having issues so we can look into it :)

Have you tried editing Linked Image Overlays in Enfold theme options > Advanced Styling? If you have and it did not work, please post a link to your page and a screenshot showing the changes you would like to make :)

Could you please contact your hosting provider and have them set values as following and check if that helps?
max_execution_time 60
memory_limit 256M
post_max_size 48M
upload_max_filesize 48M

This is probably due to your server settings.
