I went to Enfold theme options > Performance and disabled “Disable the blog” which was enabled before and that helped.

If it is not working as expected, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it :)

It seems like you are still using Enfold 4.5.7. Also Enfold theme options do not seem updated as i still see API key field in theme update section which should be replaced with Personal Token field.

If you do not mind sharing FTP logins we can look into it. Editor is missing under Apparance tab therefore we are not able to check files on your child theme.

Okay now i get the issue.

I deleted following code from /enfold-child/shortcodes/productslider.css file

add_filter('avia_load_shortcodes', 'avia_include_shortcode_template', 15, 1);
function avia_include_shortcode_template($paths)
{	$template_url = get_stylesheet_directory();
    	array_unshift($paths, $template_url.'/shortcodes/');

	return $paths;}

It is already in Functions.php file of your child theme and that is where it should be. I also noticed you have added custom footer content using ava_before_footer action in Functions.php which might be causing the issue.

Could you please share FTP logins privately as well so we can look further into it?

Here are couple of things to check:
– Please make sure “Disable external video features” is not enabled in Enfold theme options > Performance tab
– If you are using cookies on your website, please make sure that you have accepted [av_privacy_video_embeds] cookies

If suggestions above do not help, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it. Please also point out the page where we can see the issue :)

You can enable it after saving theme options :)
You can temporarily disable it, save theme options and enable to make sure to reflect the changes :)
