I went to Enfold theme options > Performance and disabled “Disable the blog” which was enabled before and that helped.

Have you added “greensock.js” file? If not, it might be related to one of the plugins you are using as Enfold does not have such file included. Please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps.

It is actually included in Enfold 4.7.3 and i can see it in your screenshot “Options Toggles In Modal Popup” :)
If it is not working as expected, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it :)

I accepted on front page on Firefox and then navigated to your other pages however it did not popup on my end on other pages.
Are you using any browser add-ons? If you are, could you please try disabling them to check if that makes a difference?Cheers!

There are two Enfold parent themes installed. Can we delete older version and update the other one?

It seems like you are still using Enfold 4.5.7. Also Enfold theme options do not seem updated as i still see API key field in theme update section which should be replaced with Personal Token field.
If you do not mind sharing FTP logins we can look into it. Editor is missing under Apparance tab therefore we are not able to check files on your child theme.

Okay now i get the issue.
I deleted following code from /enfold-child/shortcodes/productslider.css file
add_filter('avia_load_shortcodes', 'avia_include_shortcode_template', 15, 1); function avia_include_shortcode_template($paths) { $template_url = get_stylesheet_directory(); array_unshift($paths, $template_url.'/shortcodes/'); return $paths;}It is already in Functions.php file of your child theme and that is where it should be. I also noticed you have added custom footer content using ava_before_footer action in Functions.php which might be causing the issue.
Could you please share FTP logins privately as well so we can look further into it?

Here are couple of things to check:
– Please make sure “Disable external video features” is not enabled in Enfold theme options > Performance tab
– If you are using cookies on your website, please make sure that you have accepted[av_privacy_video_embeds]cookiesIf suggestions above do not help, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it. Please also point out the page where we can see the issue :)

Unfortunately, it is only possible to display images and videos in lightbox in Pro version of the plugin as stated in the description – https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/.
I will check with our devs and ask them if it is going to be possible in the version we will include.
Update: I just heard back from our devs. Most pro features will be available so lightbox should also work out of the box once we are done with implementation :)

Actually Envato API can detect if Personal Token is used more than licenses purchased so we would not recommend doing that :) Some agencies who have many licenses of Enfold would not like to generate a separate token for each installations so we do not limit :)

I have never said old versions cannot be updated or that we only support old versions. I have personally updated many very old versions of Enfold and most did not have any issues. Since a lot has changed in WordPress as well, you may need to re-configure some options/settings, such as widgets and header options but other than that there should not be any issues. I say “most” because you might be using a child theme and one of the modified theme file might be causing the issue. Currently we have no information regarding your site so i am just guessing what could be wrong from my experience with other similar cases.
No, you do not need to start over. As i mentioned, if you can point out the issues and share FTP and WP admin logins we can help you fix the issues you are having.
Which version of PHP are you currently using? If older version as well, please upgrade it to minimum 5.6 and preferably to 7.x.
