    Hi,

    I have installed YITH advanced review on my clients site for a long time.
    But now after updating you can not upload a picture anymore.
    I went to yith for help and the conclusion was if we do not use ENFOLD CHILD it works.
    But as soon as the child theme is activated it does not work….

    Sorry for the problem, did you try to activate the parent theme? If so then what happened then?

    Then it works fine. But as soon as the child is actived it does not work.

    Hi,

    There are two Enfold parent themes installed. Can we delete older version and update the other one?
    Could you also post FTP logins privately please so we can temporarily revert the changes you made on child theme if necessary?

    Hi,

    I went to Enfold theme options > Performance and disabled “Disable the blog” which was enabled before and that helped.
    Please review your website :)
