It should be at least 1900px in width if you would like it to be displayed nicely on all screen sizes. I mentioned that your current image is 1000px in width. A 15.6 inch laptop screen is 1366px in width. I thought you would figure it out. Sorry :)

Please try deactivating BJ Lazy Load plugin. It replaces thumbnail image with a placeholder

One of the plugins were causing issue and custom CSS was not saved in Quick CSS. I deactivated all and applied css then activated again, now it works.

Currently your sidebar is blue? You just need to change sidebar link colors. Please add following code to Quick CSS

LayerSlider and Color Section elements work only fullwidth in Enfold. But you can choose not to display sidebar in page options and add widget area element to your page as a workaround. Please see http://i.imgur.com/9W26T2D.jpg
