Yes, as Richard said, please go to Enfold theme options and choose “Fixed Layout” in Responsive Layout under General Settings tab http://i.imgur.com/2wTO0Em.jpg

It is set to “display: none” for some reason

Please try deactivating all active plugins and check if issue remains.
In the meantime you can manually change it by adding following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under Styling tab

You can choose “Single Author, big Preview Pic” as your Blog Style in Enfold theme options > General Settings then add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under Styling tab and adjust as desired

Hi!

Did you mean the widget that displays pages? If so, you can go to Appearance > Widgets and remove it from your widget area. But as i see, you decided not to display footer at all

You can switch to Default Editor and click on “Magic Wand” then create toggle element http://i.imgur.com/9NIqN4K.jpg
Then copy that shortcode and paste it inside tab element you have created in Avia Layout Builder
