Responsive layout is turned off on your website right now. You can turn it on in Enfold theme options > General Settings > Responsive Layout

Please update Enfold to version 2.4 which was released yesterday. In new version there ability to choose blog style and blog single page style differently in theme options page

Please try flushing browser cache and settings of cache plugin if you are using one. Also do you mind uploading icons you have uploaded in Dropbox and post the link in here?

You have so many plugins installed. Can you try deactivating them all and check if that helps?
Some people had this issue but all were troubleshot but solution does not work on your end for some reason.Cheers!

Last night version 2.4 of Enfold was released. So please try updating your theme to the latest version.
