```
It is set to “display: none” for some reason

You can choose “Single Author, big Preview Pic” as your Blog Style in Enfold theme options > General Settings then add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under Styling tab and adjust as desired

Did you mean the widget that displays pages? If so, you can go to Appearance > Widgets and remove it from your widget area. But as i see, you decided not to display footer at all
