I checked in Firefox, Safari and Chrome, all latest versions but i could not reproduce the issue. I will ask @andy to take a look at your page on his Mac. Please kindly wait to hear from him.
EDIT: in the meantime, please try checking your website on another computer and see if you can reproduce flickering issueBest regards,

Have you tried flushing cache and de-activating all active plugins to check if that helps?

Please go to Appearance > Editor and open helper-main-menu.php file and find
echo avia_logo(AVIA_BASE_URL.'images/layout/logo.png', $addition, 'strong', true);and add your code right below it. If you can post the code you would like to use ( please use pastebin.com in that case ) we can help you with how it should be implemented

Can you post a screenshot and show the arrows? You can upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here. Or you can post the link to your website and point out the arrows, so we can provide you accurate custom CSS code :)

We strongly recommend using child theme if you are making changes on theme files – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
You can refer to this page – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/move-from-a-local-installation-to-a-live-server/ and create a testing environment and try your child theme there firstly and see if updating the theme causes any issues on your modified elementsRegards,
