Have you refered to this page before migrating – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/move-from-a-local-installation-to-a-live-server/ ?
Also please make sure that you have moved your wp-content/uploads folder to your live server as well

Hi!

The latest version of Enfold does not use PrettyPhoto and you can simply go to Enfold theme options and uncheck “Lightbox Modal Window” to disable integrated lightbox and install any lightbox plugin you would like to use
