Please go to Appearance > Menus and change Navigation labels as following

Portfolio <span class="custom-menu-text">Items</span

then add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

.custom-menu-text { color: red; font-weight: bold; }

If that is not what you meant, please post a screenshot and show the changes you would like to make

Please turn on Custom CSS field for ALB elements ( http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/ ) and give your text block elements a custom class and then add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab and adjust as needed

.avia_textblock.your-custom-class { padding: 10px; background-color: red; border: 1px solid #e2e2e2; }

Please go to Enfold theme options > Header and choose to display Logo left, menu below. Then add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

background-color: #454C56;
}

You may want to change the color of menu items, please go to Enfold theme options > Advanced Styling tab and edit “main menu links”
