Please try using another browser and check if that helps. If it does, please disable all browser extensions/plugins you are using. If it does not, please try re-updating Enfold via FTP and make sure to overwrite all files – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/

We do understand your situation but unfortunately only way to get the theme files is from ThemeForest. We do not have permission to distribute theme files. They should respond within 24 hours.
Until then, you can downgrade WordPress version – https://wordpress.org/download/release-archive/

Enfold 3.0.4 is compatible with WordPress 4.0.1, you can update WordPress as well
