Please edit your logo image and make its background transparent.

Please go to Enfold theme options > Header and choose to display Logo left, menu below. Then add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

div#header_main_alternate {
background-color: #454C56;
}

You may want to change the color of menu items, please go to Enfold theme options > Advanced Styling tab and edit “main menu links”
