Do you have access to ThemeForest account which was used when purchasing the theme? If so, you do not need to purchase another license. You can simply go to Downloads page to download the latest version, 4.8.1 and update the theme.

I see that you are currently using Enfold 4.7.5 which is not compatible with your WordPress version. Updating the theme would bring up compatibility and fix jQuery issues :)

I went to Enfold theme options > Performance and disable JS file merging and compression, saved theme options, refreshed the page a few times and re-enabled it and that helped. Please review your website :)

Enfold is compatible up to WordPress 5.7. 5.7 was not released when we released and update however we will update our ThemeForest page soon.

We always improve the theme with each update including new features and improving existing ones. We are also working on new theme demos. We used to have other themes but we have discontinued them all to fully focus on developing Enfold so you can count on us :)

Please go to Enfold theme options > Performance and disable JS file merging and compressions and flush cache. If that does not help, please share your login link as well. /wp-admin and /wp-login.php did not work for me.

You can update WordPress to 5.7 if you are using Enfold 4.8.1. We have tested Enfold with beta versions and stable version of 5.7 and found no issues.

@johnmyates please make sure that you have disabled JS file merging and compression in Enfold theme options and caching plugin if you are using any and flush cache. That should help, if it does not, please start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and attach temporary admin logins in private content field so we can look into it.

I checked your website on Safari 13.1 and cookie bar works as expected on my end.

You may have blocked all the cookies in browser settings. Please go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy and make sure “Block All Cookies” is unchecked – https://imgur.com/a/2YM1Ihg :)

Edit: It works fine on my iphone as well. Please make sure cookies are not blocked in Safari settings of your iphone as well :)

You can simply go ahead and purchase another license. Then, please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and insert Personal Token in Enfold theme options so you can receive auto updates from WordPress dashboard and update the theme with a single click :)

I can see that menu switches to mobile version on screens below 1024px. You could increase that number to 1100px by editing the CSS code.

After making CSS changes, please make sure to go to Enfold theme options > Performance and disable “CSS file merging and compression”, save theme options, flush browser cache a few times and then re-enable it :)
