Temayi ve WordPress’i son surumlerine guncelledim.

Ekran goruntunuzden bakarak gizli alanda paylastigim sayfayi duzenlemeye calistim ve bahsettiginiz hatayi aldim. Bu sorun genellikle guvenlik eklentileriyle alakali oluyor fakat yuklu bir guvenlik eklentiniz yok. Sunucu tarafli modsecurity alakali olabilecegini dusunuyorum. Servis saglayicinizla iletisime gecerek eger aktif ise modsecurity’i gecici olarak de-aktif etmelerini rica edebilir misiniz?

I edited your blog post and changed the publishing date from 19th of Feb to 3rd of Feb, then went to Settings > Discussion and unchecked “Automatically close comments on posts older than 28 days”, went back to blog post and confirmed that comment section shows up as expected.

I just checked the code once again in a child theme on my local installation and it worked fine on my end.

Could you please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it? :) If Appearance > Editor is disabled, please post FTP logins privately as well.

You can simply login on ThemeForest with the account you purchased Enfold and go to Downloads page to download the latest version of the theme and then upload it in your WordPress dashboard in Appearance > Themes > Add New.

Due to our policy, we only provide support to our registered users and you are not registered. We cannot help you any further unless you register and login to our forums.

I went to Enfold theme options > Performance and disabled CSS and JS file merging and compression, checked “Delete old CSS and JS files?” at the bottom of the tab and saved theme options. After that, I enabled CSS and JS file merging and compression again.

Hi!

Using 10.1 on browserstack, I can reproduce the issue.
WordPress core jQuery version was updated to 3.5.1. According to this post – https://jquery.com/upgrade-guide/3.0/, Safari’s current and the previous version should be compatible. That would explain why it does not work on 10.1 but it should be working on 12.1.

I will check with my teammates again :)

You are currently using Enfold 4.2.6 which is not compatible with your WordPress version.
Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the latest version 4.8.1.
Then, please generate a Personal Token by referring to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates :)

Yes, that is because of browser policy. Only muted videos are allowed to play automatically on page load. Please check the following article for more info about the autoplay policy.

I have attached 4.2 version of Choices theme in private content field.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide an alternate license. When Kriesi has announced deprecation of our older themes he has offered give refunds however that was back in 2018 before our older themes were removed from ThemeForest – https://kriesi.at/archives/wordpress-5-0-and-enfold-4-5-1

If you switch to Enfold, I am afraid you are going to need to edit your portfolio items but since Enfold uses drag and drop layout builder called Advanced Layout Builder to create portfolio items, you could easily create more modern looking portfolio items.
