    I was searching for more technical solution and did not think background image was stretched until @rikard pointed out :)
    I added following code to Quick CSS field in Enfold theme options > General Styling tab

}}

    I checked your homepage and did not see the issue but I noticed that you have 2 Enfold parent themes installed and one of them is version 4.7.6.4. Could you please delete it?

    Thanks for the info!

    I went to Enfold theme options > Performance > Disable Features > Self hosted videos and audio features (WP-Mediaelement scripts) and set it to “Always load media features (= WP default behaviour)” and that helped.

    The license is connected to ThemeForest/Envato account that was used when purchasing the theme. Without having an access to that account, you would not be able to download the theme.

    Your website is currently using the latest version of Enfold and has Personal Token inserted in Enfold theme options > Theme Update however it seems like it was not validated. Please go to Enfold theme options > Theme Update and click validate button to validate it so you can receive future updates in WordPress dashboard. If it works fine, you would not need the access to the ThemeForest account.

    We do provide support through our support forums however you would need a purchase code to register. Please contact the person who have purchased the theme and ask for the purchase code so you can register – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and start new threads under Enfold sub forum whenever you have a question or an issue.

    If validating Personal Token does not work and you cannot get the purchase code from previous developer, I am afraid you would need to purchase a new license. License costs $59 – https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990 and includes free lifetime updates 6 months of support. Extending support is optional when it expires.

    Hi Knutnik,

    LayerSlider WP plugin is bundled in Enfold and you can create very similar slider using it. Here is an example of LayerSlider on Enfold demo – https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/. You can also check out their demos. Please note, premium features are not included in the bundled version :)
    Slider Revolution is also compatible with Enfold but not included. If you prefer using it, you can find Slider Revolution element under Plugin Additions tab of Advanced Layout Builder after activating the plugin :)

    1- Yes, that is possible. You can use percentage values in Enfold theme options > General Layout > Dimensions > Maximum Container width – https://imgur.com/a/FOWm459

    2- We have not tested mentioned plugin with Enfold however Enfold has its own Fullwidth Sub Menu element which also sticks when it reaches the top of the viewport

    3- You can set flyout menu in Enfold as well. Here is how it looks – https://imgur.com/a/7lXYlRH :)

    1- Yes, it is a one time payment and you get lifetime updates. 6 months of support is also included in your purchase. Additional cost is to extend support from 6 months to 12 months. When support expires, extending it is optional.
    2- Yes, you can simply go to Enfold theme options and change the template completely. Please check out this YouTube video created by a fellow Enfold user – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gr4GV8NKMek :)
    3- Enfold is compatible up to WordPress 5.7, which is the latest version. Keeping the theme and WordPress up-to-date is recommended.
    4- I am not sure if the theme you are currently using is using any page builder but you would probably need to edit your pages. Enfold has its own drag and drop layout builder called Advanced Layout Builder. You could easily create modern pages using ALB. Please check out the video I shared in answer number 2 for that as well. Unfortunately, we cannot help you migrate and edit your pages.

    That is right, Enfold freelancer is one of the many Enfold demos that is included in the theme. After activating Enfold, you can simply go to Enfold theme options > Demo Import and import any demo you like with a single click in a few minutes.
    You can also use the same license on both your dev and live servers :)

    I have added following code to functions.php file in Appearance > Editor

    and copied contact form shortcode from “anfrage” page and inserted inside Borlabs shortcode. Now your contact form is only shown after “Inhalt laden” button.

    I attached the shortcode I used in private content field below.

    Then, please generate a Personal Token by referring to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates :)

    You can update from that version and it should be just fine. You may need to re-configure some settings such as header and widget areas and you may need to update the files such as header.php and footer.php if those are modified on the child theme. If not, you can simply go ahead and update the theme :)
