No, unfortunately not. That is a WordPress limitation. You cannot edit Search page, 404 page etc. from backend

If you have not made any changes on theme files, nothing will change on your website. If you have made changes, they will be overwritten.

You need to go to Enfold/includes folder and edit error404.php file to change your 404 page.
Can you please elaborate, what do you mean blank page? If you mean Blank page template, you can simply edit your page and choose it under Page templates

Some files seem to be broken, re-updating the theme via FTP should fix it
