HI Victoria.
here is the reply we’ve gotten from the developer…if it helps.
“Its a layout builder problem.the layout builder is not matching woocommerce variable product ofcourse there has option take content.. first open your product example:https://www.saltwatertribe.com.au/product/manta-ray-window/ then copy your product information.then go to edit product and click default layout + paste information.thats enough”

Please advise when the issue has been fixed by your developer :)

OK, so have gone external to get some assistance with this issue and have been advised that the issue is the Avia Layout Builder: it is not supporting variable products. There is even a warning that says it will not work will all woocommerce extensions. It was working fine and then stopped all of a sudden. WHo is best placed to help with this?

Hi Victoria.
Above solutions didn’t work for me. Ended up installing a different Insta Plugin.not ideal as I would like to keep the widgets.
Hopefully this will be fixed in future updates.

This seems to be an error in products that are variable.

If you resize or look on mobile the image does not view as a whole, it cuts in half and you can’t read/see the full image. I’m not sure how else I can explain it.

Hi we experienced the same issues in our shop. some pages are fine lots of others don’t work anymore and we get this message:
“Gateway Timeout.
The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.”

and on other occasions we get this:

“500 Internal Server Error. If you are the webmaster of this site please log in to Cpanel and check the Error logs…..”

Can anyone help. Please???
