Hi,
Thank you for sharing the credentials.
1. I checked your site and noticed you have the same class name added to both the tab and tab content area. Maybe it is causing an issue with the script.
2. Is the [mainfinal] a custom shortcode or is it from a plugin?
Would you be ok to try an alternate solution? It works exactly the same way but using a color section instead of the tabs.
Instead of using a tab you can add the tab content inside of a color section and display the section on which users click.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Sorry for the delay, I have checked your site and found out what the issue is.
The grid sections looks good on desktop but the images disappear on mobile. The empty grid sections with background image will simply collapse on mobile because it has not content and the height is not defined.
You can simply define a padding for the empty grid sections in the grid cell options. This way the background image will show on the mobile device.
Please see screenshot attached.
Best regards,
VinayHey Joe,
Sorry for the delay and I checked your site for the issue you mentioned.
On the vision page, the banner image scales well because it is a slider.
On the other pages it appears you are using the image as a color section background image with a fixed height hence the background image is not scaling.
Please add a slider instead of the color section and it should appear fine on the mobile device :)

VinayHi,
To add your custom js code to wordpress please install a child theme and use the format in the below link
To avoid js conflict replace the “$” sign with the word “jQuery” in the custom code.
By default, the jQuery script will be included in your WP installation so you can simply remove the linked file to google.

I checked your site but did not find the mailchimp form no the contact page. Please see the attached screenshot. Your login credentials are also not working for me.What error do you get?
Were you able to set it up correctly in the Enfold options?
Did you try using the built-in mailchimp element? Or a third party plugin?

VinayHi,
I checked your site and also tried to create a test page and I got the same results as you did.
As you may already know to view the changes after adding the CSS styles the cache should be cleared on your server and local browser.
It appears you are using a caching plugin and a CDN which may be the reason the CSS changes are not visible.
As you can see it on the below example the code works fine.
Please deactivate all plugins and CDN and try it again. It should work for you :)

VinayHi,
I have checked the issue as reported on tab section link 2
Let me rephrase the issue so we both are on the same page here
1. On the project page https://terrazasdelatlantico.com/project
2. When a user clicks on the “see details” button for the Lot-A section (as shown in the below screenshot) the page does not scroll to https://terrazasdelatlantico.com/project/#lot-a correct?
I need to take a closer look at the backend, please post the admin credentials in private content area.
Best regards,

For testing, purpose activate the main enfold theme and see if the main menu appears.

VinayHi,
Sorry for the delay, are you referring to custom CSS? Please add it to your child theme styles.
otf format is generally heavy compared to the supported fonts and takes longer to load. Why would you not consider converting them to a supported font format and use it int he theme options?
Please check to optimizing fonts on the below link

Since all sections are on the same page please try changing the link format from
https://your-site.com/services/#translation
to
#translation
Also, check your trash pages and clear what is not required.

VinayHi,
You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please perform the below steps to clear the browser cache:
1. Disable “merging and compression” for CSS and JS files from Enfold > Performance.
2. If a caching plugin is installed check the plugin settings and clear the cache and deactivate the plugins for testing purpose.
3. Hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”.
You can also try the CSS in the below link
If you still have an issue please open a new ticket and share the link to your site.
