1. Enable custom class name support and add the class name ‘heading-bottom’ to the special heading you like to move to the bottom. http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/

2. Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:

adjust the bottom value to suit your design.

Hey ikatanic,

Access the folder ‘wp-content/themes/’ from hosting control panel > file manager or via the FTP tool and rename the ‘enfold’ folder to ‘enfold-old’.

Download a fresh copy of enfold theme and extract the ‘enfold’ theme folder from the downloaded package and upload it to ‘wp-content/themes/’ you should be good :)

Hey Kurt,

I’m afraid drag and drop from main menu to secondary menu is not possible. You need to edit the secondary menu and add/create the elements that you wish to move to move from main menu and delete the same from main menu as it won’t make much sense to keep them in 2 places.

It appears you already have WASHINGTON D.C on the map. Do you need the phone number below it to be on the google maps? I think it would make the design look busy but if you still want it then it has to appear above WASHINGTON D.C correct?

Enfold shortcodes are available in the text editor on top right and it looks like a magic wand icon. Once you click on it you get more options to choose from.

I totally understand, WooCommerce guy’s are in touch with us and I hope an update will be released soon. As rikard suggested wait until an update is released if you are using other 3rd party plugins to enhance WooCommerce we would be interested to know what the plugin author say about it as they know their plugins best.

Hi!

The error may be coming from plugins or the theme. To find out access the wp-content/themes/ folder via control panel file manager or FTP and rename the ‘enfold’ folder to ‘enfold-old’ and see if you still get the error.

If you still get the error rename the ‘plugins’ folder to ‘plugins2’ you should be able to get in.

If you do not get the error after renaming ‘enfold’ folder go ahead and download a fresh copy of the theme from themeforest and extract the ‘enfold’ folder from the package and upload it to wp-contents/themes/ you should be good :)

@3ejoueur Thank you for sharing the video, I double assure you, the site works great! and has no errors. What you are seeing is a caching issue. If you are using any caching plugins first deactivate it and clear the browser cache. Please see attached screenshots.

The video elements works fine please check the link in private. You can remove the code added in functions.php as it is not related to this issue.

What i believe was an issue was with the URL of the video it should be in the same format as shown the the example in video options.

Thank you for providing the login credentials I logged into your site and did the exact same steps to check the layout builder but i was not able to reproduce the issue you are facing every page i checked loads up the layout builder fine and let’s me edit the content. For testing purpose I changed the text About to All About on the about page as you see in the screenshot below.

I also crated a new test page and added elements, saved it and went back and edited it a couple of time without any issue.

I believe it is caching issue on your end. Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.

Hey Munford,

We need to take a closer look at this issue please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

Login credentials include:

• The URL to the login screen.
• A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
• As well as a password for that username.
• permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
