Hi,
Sorry I think Basilis misunderstood this.
I checked the issue and I do not any error in console.
You have not installed Enfold theme but the default wordpress theme is active.
Please install Enfold theme to use the page builder and it’s features.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
We would be glad to help you with this customization, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this exactly as seen in the mockup by using a small custom code snippet, To achieve the same it would take a lot of time so I am afraid its out of the scope of our support.
However with you can achieve a similar look by modifying the elements in the image and by adjusting the size of the image to match the theme banner.
we have added the below custom css in Quick css
#av_product_description { background: url(https://www.vnx-pro.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/VNX-Heimkino-Grosshandel-Shop-Banner-2-1.jpg)no-repeat; background-size: cover; }Best regards,
VinayHi,
Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
.avia_desktop.avia_transform3d .av-masonry-entry.av-masonry-item-loaded .av-inner-masonry { -webkit-animation: none!important; animation: none!important; }Best regards,
VinayJuly 31, 2016 at 4:17 pm in reply to: Odd behavior – Footer link color different on one page #667009Hi,
Thanks for your assistance here @Guenni007
The links look the same color on all page on my end. please let us know if you have any questions.
Thank you for using Enfold :)
Best regards,
VinayHey Emilvillumsen,
There is no easy way to selectively disable the fonts added in the theme but adding the following code at the bottom of the functions.php will completely disable the loading of the google fonts in the theme.
add_action( 'init', 'enfold_customization_switch_fonts' ); function enfold_customization_switch_fonts() { global $avia; $avia->style->print_extra_output = false; }You can then define your custom fonts in the child theme style.css file.
Best regards,
VinayHey studioinktvis,
I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Thank you for the clarification, the built-in twitter widget can be added to the sidebar or to any widget area from Appearance > Widgets.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Best regards,
VinayHey Gonnes,
Please go to Appearance > menu and change the link structure from
http://www.draagvragen.nl/test#overmij
to
#overmij
Just add the ID of the section so it will scroll. When the whole URL is added the browser re-directs the page which will reload the site and show the content directly without scrolling.
Best regards,
VinayHey tdcmystere,
As i understand you would like to update Enfold theme to the latest version 3.6.1 from 3.5 Please but you cannot find the update option in the theme options.
Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/
Best regards,
VinayHey Chris_85,
If you like to remove the gap at the bottom site wide.
.content { padding-bottom:0px!important; }If you like to target specific colorsections add a custom ID to the colorsection in the options and use
#custom-id .content { padding-bottom:0px!important; }Best regards,
VinayJuly 31, 2016 at 12:23 pm in reply to: Updated theme, and now stylsheet is missing error appears #666990Hi,
The site looks good on my end(please check the screenshot). You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.

VinayHi,
Please install a child theme and try adding this at the very end of your themes / child themes functions.php file:
/* Theme Options */ function admin_head_mod() { echo '<style type="text/css">.avia_options_page{width: 640px!important;}</style>';} add_action('admin_head', 'admin_head_mod');Best regards,
VinayHey cursive83,

Hey Dameon,
There is an easier way to do this. Please enable the debug mode http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
This will give you access tot he page shortcode which you can copy and paste it in the new page or another site using Enfold.
Once you paste the shortcode click the “Advanced Layout Builder” button to make sure the layout elements are present and then save/update the page.
Best regards,
VinayHey webdesign,
A workaround for this would be make the tables scrollable in tablets and mobiles.
Please choose the options “use the table to display tabular data” and “make the entire table scrollable” as shown in the below screenshot.

VinayJuly 31, 2016 at 7:38 am in reply to: Drop down menu and scroll bar configuration not working #666944Hey BobCarey,
As i understand you have #About in front page which scrolls. but when you are on any other page except front page clicking on About is not working correct?
For this you need to setup 2 menus one for frontpage and a second menu for inner pages with 2 different links to about #about and http://www.yoursite.com/#About
This is pretty much the same issue related to Zen menu. Let us know if i understood you correctly we will close this ticket so we can concentrate on one ticket will will be faster as well.

VinayHey tyler3190,
A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
Best regards,
VinayHey Gal726,
I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!

VinayHi,
To add gap between the form fields please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
#top fieldset { margin-top: 20px; }To add box shadow to submenu
#top .header-scrolled #avia-menu .sub-menu, #avia-menu .sub-menu { box-shadow: 1px 4px 8px 1px rgba(0,0,0,.5); }Best regards,
VinayJuly 31, 2016 at 7:06 am in reply to: Content elements only load after scrolling down and back up #666935Hey Boris,
I believe it is due to custom css. Please remove any modifications added tot he theme and review the site. If it works fine add them back one block at a time so you know which code is causing the issue. if yous till have the same issue Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

VinayHey jalmz,
Enfold has a built-in twitter widget. Please browse the wordpress plugin directory for third party plugins https://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=twitter
Let us know if you have any questions.
Best regards,
VinayHey krummnagel,
Please try to enable custom css class name support to the layout element and target it using custom css class name.
If you have any issue please feel free to get back to us with a precise link to the element in question.
Best regards,
VinayHey molexmedia,
Sorry for the delay, I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Once you insert the shortcode please click on Advanced layout editor button and make sure the video elements are showing and save the page. This should fix the issue for you.
If you still have the same issue Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Thank you for the clarification. This may be possible but I cannot tell for sure until we inspect the element. Please get back to us when the link is ready for us to inspect so we can provide you with the necessary CSS.
Best regards,
