I have an interesting problem. For some reason the site is not displaying in internet explorer, but all other browsers. When I view the source it isn’t loading any code.

    Thanks

    Hey tyler3190,

A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

    Thanks for your cooperation :)

    Best regards,
    Vinay

    Hi Vinay –

Thank you for your response! I deactivated all plugins but the issue is still going on.

No problem! Unfortunately, the company that hosts the site blocks the admin area by IP, would you be able to give me your IP and I will have them add it to the accessible list?

Please let me know and thanks!

    Hi,

We are a global team and work from different part of the world. Please check kriesi.at/about to enable ip address for different countries. Or you can setup a staging site for us to take a look at it and help you sort the issue.

    Best regards,
    Vinay
