If you do not see that oprions please please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

Login credentials include:

• The URL to the login screen.
• A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
• As well as a password for that username.
• permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

I tried the code you provided in my installation and it did not do anything. What exactly are you expecting it to do? Where did you get this code from?

There is no issue with the theme however I suspect the code itself is not displaying anything.

Was there any custom CSS added to the theme ?

If so please remove all the custom code and refresh the page in mobile version to check the captions appear. if the captions appear add the code one block at a time and refresh the page to know which code is causing the issue.

I do not see the social icons in the header. However to include the download button there are 2 options.

1. To add the button next to the menu items enable header widget area and add the html in the widget box and css in Quick CSS.

2. In Enfold > Header > Header Phone Number/Extra Info > Display on top bar > Enter the button html in the “Phone Number or small info text” and add the button style in Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS

I checked the popup again and it looks like in the mobile the width of the form fields is 25% of the screen. If you are using a theme element to set this inside the plugin we can check the backend setup and help. If you are using only the plugin features we would be interested to know what the plugin author has to say.

It appears you are trying to upload the downloaded package directly hence you are getting the missing style sheet error. Please extract enfold.zip from the downloaded package and upload. It should work fine :)

It’s not possible to add adsense however you can add the ad image in the gallery and create custom links to your referrals.

No you cannot insert video in the gallery. This would require a lot of custom coding you can always hire a freelancer to do this job.

A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

If that does not work I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!
