The videos are working when you’re logged in, but not when you’re logged out.
Have you tried deactivating all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem?

Social icons are in a different container and so they stay there is the meta header area.
To have them there, you can add a widget area to the header and assign a widget there with social icons.

Hm.. Yes, I see that. Normally we get requests from users who want to hide those. Then you really need a tooltip, but building it on to of the slider is quite a task. You might want to hire someone to do it for you.
Maybe it’s easier to have the image edited and have the text added on the image?
Or try to add some html in the caption field and show it hover?

Can you please upload the screenshot to a service like Dropbox?
You need to go to the Appearance > Menus. Choose the menu and edit the Description field. If you don’t see it, please check the box Description in the Screen options

You will need to have a bit more complex JavaScript function here.
Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
