Yes, you need to disable “Load jQuery in your footer” under Performance. Many scripts depend on jQuery being loaded earlier.

Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

You can update WordPress and Enfold and disable Gutenberg.

At the bottom of the Theme options, you can choose to use the “Block Editor” which is the Classic Editor.

Well, Enfold does not really affect the work of the Appearance > Menus functionality.

Please deactivate Jetpack and update the theme. The latest version now is 4.5.2.

Well, I cannot promise you that. We don’t have an ETA for it yet. Your installation seems to be fine, just try disabling the css and JavaScript merging and see if the issue persists.

Well, the hover effect that you need was broken in Enfold 4.5, but it works in the 4.5.1 version already. You might want to try the update.
