Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css,  if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
  .responsive nav.main_menu div.avia-menu.av-main-nav-wrap {
      float: left;
      right: -27px;
  }
}

But the code will move the search icon and the cart icon there too.

You’re using Enfold 4.4. and WordPress 5.2.2, WordPress from the version 5.0 is using a different editor. That version of Enfold is not built to work with it. You can deactivate Gutenberg or update Enfold to the latest version.

You might run into some issues with this update. Here are the steps for you to follow
