Well, you can always hide it via css. There is also the blank template option, which has no header, no footer. Have you tried using it?

If you have any files from the theme in your child theme from the parent theme, you need to update them manually and then re-apply your changes there. If not, nothing really you have to do about it.

We are working on new demos, but Enfold can be used to build anything. It’s just a matter of graphics, color, and content.
I agree with the demo it would be easier to get up and running faster.

Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your ThemeForest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works.

You can insert the html in the text block or in the code block. Also, you can create the table with the Advanced Layout Builder element.

This is not a bug, it is the intended behavior :)

I am not seeing any mockups attached.You can upload screenshots to a service like Dropbox or http://imgur.com and give us the links here.
You are using color sections, they are full-width elements and they cannot be used with sidebars. You can add the widget area in the color section and add the widget there.
