You need to edit the theme options for all languages. You can set up the theme options for one language, export the settings and then import them to other languages.

Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

That info is hidden because on the 480px screens there is no space between the logo and the burger, there is no way to fit them there, unfortunately.

Well, it cannot be done out of the box. It will require customization, the kind that we don’t really provide here.
You might want to hire a freelancer to do it for you or look for a plugin that can do that.
