The issue was described for mobile devices, I did not look at tablets. You need to have the menu switch to burger at 1000px screen size. Here is how to do it.
This is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

It is supposed to show terms and conditions on click on the link and close them, they don’t open now. And there are two.
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Best regards,

I think you are getting “Blog” because those are posts and so for WordPress they are in the “blog” section, and then in the categories.

I gave you the link to a post, where it says that the screen options are not working properly at this point and there is the css to fix it. When I added the code, I see that the one section hides and the other one shows up.
