You don’t need to renew the license. You need to update php to php7.2 or higher and rewrite the enfold folder over FTP, remove the old folder and upload a new one.

If this css is added by you, it’s not working and needs to be fixed. When you remove the space between the value and %, then the heading goes higher and is visible.

Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css,  if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

Is it an external widget? The product grid will not work with a widget like that unfortunately, it will only work with the usual WooCommerce overview or category page.

Videos that are not muted cannot be auto-played, it’s a browser level policy. You can auto-play a muted video and let users unmute with the help of a button.

Well, I am not sure why it’s working like that on different websites.

Maybe, the pages have galleries and so media elements are loaded but here you just added the links and no scripts, so they need to be loaded.
