I told you there that you have some slider that is changing the box model of the elements and so it’s not the theme that is breaking it.

If the client still has access to the Themeforest account, she can download a fresh copy there and upload it via FTP.

If not, she will need to create a new Themeforest account, but the license, make a full website backup, update php to php7.2 or higher and upload a fresh copy of the theme via FTP.
