Back in November I receive an error message and the SAME message has now returned
Failed to initialize plugin: avia_builder_button
This message is preventing me from being able to make changes to my pages. The error comes up on pages. Please advise.
Thank YouI’m not sure because I don’t know what PHP is. I don’t know technical jargon. Where/how can I find the PHP?
Disabled all plugins and error is still there. I don’t know how to turn of caching.

If you simply open any of the products listed in woocommerce it jump right onto the screen

Yes you can have FTP access. How do I give that to you? Yes you can deactivate plugins.

You rearranged the plugins? Would that be a solution for fixing the original issue which was the ability to DRAG and DROP WIDGETS.
I have reinstalled WordPress, refreshed the screen and it still isn’t working. What else can we do now?

OK now I’m very frustrated. On my end it is NOT working. I wish I could post a picture or do a live with someone to see that it is NOT working. When I attempt to click and drag it does NOTHING but highlight blue on my screen. I’ve tried it from 2 different computers with plugins off and on and the same result. please advise.
Deactivated plug-ins for all day yesterday hoping someone would be able to take a look. Have since reactivated them. Please advise. SEE ABOVE NOTES. Thanks
AS NOTED IN THE ORIGINAL REQUEST:
I deactivated ALL PLUGINS ALREADY and that did not work. I checked to make sure Java was enabled. I tried from both Chrome and Safari. And it still didn’t work. I simply reactivated my plugins because I didn’t want to leave them off not know how long it would take you to check this ticket. I could surely go in and deactivate again but I do not believe it will make a difference.

I have the same issue and working on the same platform (still awaiting response I’ve separately). I’ve deactivated all plug-ins, refreshed screen and same issue remains.

This reply has been marked as private.Again I believe you are misunderstanding. It is NOT in the app that I am trying to work. The app is perfect. I was just using that as a reference.
It is from my desktop that I cannot “SEE” what has been saved as a draft. Again this is not about the WordPress app. This is typing from my desktop. Once I save a draft, I can no longer “SEE” the text. It says word count 0. I am running WP 4.0.1 and Enfold 3.0.4
Perhaps I wasn’t clear. The app is not the issue. The WordPress app has worked perfectly from the moment I installed it. My issue is exclusively with enfold & wordpress. as noted above when I begin drafting a new post it is perfectly fine. Once I hit save draft, I can no longer “SEE” the text that was previously there. It says word count 0 and no text appears.
How do I check to see if there is a problem with the other plug ins. Before I updated both Enfold and WP, I had no problems with these plugins
Ismael thanks for checking. I do need the other plug ins. Last night I couldn’t type a post other than the title. At this point I’m afraid to touch anything because it seems as if each correction is messing something else up.
Since the deactivation of my plugins to fix the slider, I am now unable to do anything in a post other than put a title. Attempting to fix this one element seems to be causing a chain reaction of problems. Need help pls in resolving this.
I do need my plugins as they impact subscribing, social media, etc. I trust there has to be another solution than just deactivating them. I tried to reactivate Jetpack and the slider is gone again.
Thanks Ismael. As noted below I am low tech/no tech so I don’t understand what you mean in asking “do I need those extensions?” Can I reactive the plug ins? I need them. Thanks

No I did not subscribe to cloud flare. As noted about I am practically no tech. Ive never even heard of cloud flare. I’ve never heard of or seen Rocket Loader. Do I need to subscribe to cloud flare?
Hi Andy. I added the admin info yesterday and was wondering if you’ve found the problem. I’m also experiencing what another post said. the solution you have them didn’t work for me. When me post is fed to twitter and my Facebook Fan page it picks up any miscellaneous pic. I am putting my chosen image in “set feature image”. When I open the post it shows the correct photo but when it is automatically pushed to those platforms it shows the wrong photo.
