Hi Rikard,
Thanks so much for your reply. We would like to look into this again. However, when I click on the link you sent via Private Data, it is no longer valid. Would you mind sending me an updated link?
Also, we are considering switching to a different hoster to improve the page loading time. Someone has recommended Siteground. Do you know how Siteground compares with one.com?
And would you mind letting me know what hoster the Kriesi website is using? Like, I said, we were impressed with the loading speed and the Kriesi.at website.
Thank you.
Hello,
For example, on the 18th October there are events in the calendar that have a big title. I would like them to be much smaller and not using the yellow theme.
Another meditation centre in our tradition uses the same calendar and it looks like this:
https://meditationinnewyork.org/events/I would like to make ours look the same as the centre in New york. Also adding color around the numbers but instead of red like they using our yellow.

October 13, 2021 at 9:28 pm in reply to: Problem with uploading Site icon via Site identity section #1324822Hi Rikard,
Thanks so much for your reply.
I tried to upload the logo again from a different computer and now I was able to upload the image.
However, the generic wordpress logo is still appearing to the left of the site url when I search on google on a mobile device (the same as the screen in my first message in this thread).
Is there anything you can do about this? Or perhaps we just need to wait a day or so for it to be updated on the web?
See the details you need in the private content section if necessary.
Thank you
You can close the thread. Thank you.
Hi Yigit,
Thanks for your reply.
We were able to identify the plugin that was causing the problem so that plugin is deactivated now and the white space has disappeared.
Hi Rikard,
We have now migrated our website to the new domain we want to use. The homepage seems to be loading quicker now, but not as quickly as some other sites (e.g. https://kriesi.at/ ).
Do you think there’s anything else we can do to make it load quicker? Or is this as good as it can be for now?
Hi Rikard,
I followed your advice and the migration has been completed correctly now. I used the plugin All in one WP Migration (paid version).
Thanks for your help.
Hi Rikard,
Thank you for your reply.
The site was copied from the same server at one.com
Yes, please do clean up the themes folder as I am unsure how to do that myself.
Regarding your question about if we are building our site from scratch: we are not doing that, we are just trying to migrate the whole site to a new domain name. But unfortunately it has more difficult that I anticipated.
Thanks again for your help.
Ah, yes, sorry about that. Please see the details in Private Content in this message.
After activating the Enfold theme at the new domain (meditationistockholm.se), the site should like our current site at mediteraistockholm.se if everything is working correctly.
Once the new site is working correctly we will then set up a redirect sending people from mediteraistockholm.se to meditationistockholm.se.
Hi Rikard,
Thanks very much for your reply.
I tried changed to PHP 7.4, but unfortunately we are still getting a fatal error message when I select the Enfold theme.
If you have time, it would be great if you have a closer look at this since we don’t know how to fix this at the moment.
See the FTP login details in the private area.
See info in private content area.
PS
Yes, please do activate Enfold in order to see the problem on our site.
Hi Rikard,
Thanks very much for your reply.
It turns out we were running Enfold 4.8.2, but I have updated to 4.8.3 now.
However, we are still getting the same Fatal Error message when we activate the theme.
Grateful for any advice on how to fix this.

Thank you.

Hi Rikard,
Thanks very much for your reply. We are in the process of migrating our site to a new domain, so if the problem still persists after the migration, I will let you know so that you can have a look.
Thanks again :)
Hello again,
I have now activated file compression under Enfold > Peformance.
I also activated WP Super Cache and the free version of Optimus (image compression plugin).
However, this doesn’t seem to have had any effect. The homepage is still loading very slowly and something strange always happens with the big image at the top (it Zooms in and then out).
Any more ideas?
Do you we could solve this problem with the premium version of Optimus?
Thanks very much for your reply Rikard.
Thanks for your reply Rikard!
When we are looking at this page on a laptop / pc with the video activated, the page is taking quite a few seconds to load and we are concerned that people will not wait for the page to load and disappear.
How can we make this page load quicker? Is there a plugin we can use or should we compress the video?
Thanks very much for your reply! We will try this.
Hi Rikard,
Thanks for your message.
This issue seems to have resolved itself since we are no longer experiecing this error message.
We are using the latest version of Enfold and WordPress.
OK, I’ll try that!
Hi Yigit,
Thanks so much for your help! You are a live saver!
The website is up and running again :)
April 13, 2021 at 11:25 am in reply to: Website down – possibly a problem with Enfold theme #1294071Hi!
I’m sure you guys are busy, but our website is still down and this is causing massive problems for our organization. People can’t book any of our courses and people cannot access any links to our online courses.Any idea when you might be able to take a look at this?
One of the error messages I received over the weekend indicated that the problem might be with a plugin – Really Simple SSL. I deleted this plugin and uploaded the latest version, but I think maybe there is still a problem with this plugin.
