    Yesterday I submitted the following ticket because our website was down:

    You guys were able to get our website up and running again. Then I activated a small number of plugins one by one and the site was still fine. This morning we noticed that the website has crashed again and is experiencing a ‘critical error’.

    Would someone be able to have another look please?

    Each time we have fixed the website over the past few days, by the following day the site crashes again. It would be great to understand what is going on.

    Really grateful for any help. It is a big obstacle for us that our website is completely inaccessible at the moment.



    I am trying to re-install WordPress again however keep on having server connectivity issues. Your website was probably infected with some malware. Please contact your hosting providers and ask them for a malware clean up.
