    Hi!

    We have been having serious problems with our website since Thursday evening. I have not been able to access the wordpress admin login page. See the error message that appears at our website http://www.mediteraistockholm.se

    I have been in touch with our hosting company (one.com) and they told me to deactivate all the plugins via our database, change to a standard theme like twentytwenty and upload the latest version of wordpress. I did all of that and then I uploaded the latest version of Enfold (4.8) and activated the theme. The website is still down though.

    Our hosting company told me there is nothing more they can do to help and that they believe that the problem is with the theme and that I should contact the author of the theme.

    Please get on touch if you have any idea how we can fix this.

    One of the error messages I received over the weekend indicated that the problem might be with a plugin – Really Simple SSL. I deleted this plugin and uploaded the latest version, but I think maybe there is still a problem with this plugin.

    Hi!
    I’m sure you guys are busy, but our website is still down and this is causing massive problems for our organization. People can’t book any of our courses and people cannot access any links to our online courses.

    Any idea when you might be able to take a look at this?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your patience. Rewriting files unfortunately took some time.
    None of the debugging routes I took worked until I re-installed WordPress. Apparently WordPress was not installed correctly and re-installing it fixed the issue.
