Thanks for that. The PHP ZipArchive Extension is turned off on your server, that is required for the import to work. Please reach out to your hosting provider if you cannot turn it on yourself.

I can only see warnings in what you posted, they won’t cause your site to crash. Please make sure that you are running the latest version of the theme (6.0.4): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/, and PHP version 8.0 or higher.
If you are overriding footer.php in a child theme, then please try to temporarily remove that file, or replace it with the parent theme file.

You could try using a URL shortener, like the one in private. Then use that URL instead of the existing one.

1. You can download a child theme here.
2. Try reaching out to your hosting provider and ask them to turn that on for you, or edit the file via FTP instead.

Have you modified the parent theme? If not, then all your settings and database should be safe. I would recommend that you keep a backup of the site and theme settings before updating anything though.

You can try to upload the theme like it was new, then select to overwrite the old version. If you still need help with access to FTP, then please reach out to your hosting provider for further help.

A theme license is valid for life, so you don’t need to extend anything. Support periods do expire though, maybe that is what you are referring to?

Thanks for that. We’re not sure what is causing this problem, but copying the content to a new product seems to be working as I wrote earlier. I know it might not be the best solution, but you might want to consider copying all the products to new ones. If that is not an option, then things still seem to be working even though the critical error occurs. I see that you have a lot of products so copying them all at the same time might not be good solution for now, but it could be done as they are updated. It takes less than a minute to copy the shortcodes to a new product.
