September 5, 2024 at 5:11 am #1466278Hi,
Thank you for the inquiry.
Your fourth attempt with the Color Section should work. Where did you add the anchor link? Please refer to the following documentation for more info: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/menu/#one-page-menu

IsmaelSeptember 16, 2024 at 2:22 pm #1467093Where did you add the anchor link?
the item gonna be in the main menu: at the top
but you can test using THIS link:https://novo.strokmatic.com/#Products
isn’t working because ignores the color section named “products”
is a theme problem much probably
the documentation doesn’t mention any extra step to retify my problem
September 16, 2024 at 2:46 pm #1467102Hi,
Anchor links are case sensetive, #Products and #products are not the same thing.
Best regards,
RikardSeptember 16, 2024 at 3:07 pm #1467106i have set the name section and link to lower case and start working, it seems only lower case is allowed for “#anchors”
mark as solved, plsSeptember 16, 2024 at 3:10 pm #1467107section was “Products” in capital letter in first tests..
had to also create another menu because the “old” one doens’t grab new entries no matter what i did…extra step:
“delete the old menu and rebuild-it when inserting anchors in it” should be canon in the documentation.. that would save a LOT of timeSeptember 16, 2024 at 6:14 pm #1467131Hi,
Thanks for the update. We’ll close this thread for now then, please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.
