Hi soapboxstudio,

We can’t say for sure what will happen with WordPress core, but it would surprise me a lot if they dropped it from core as soon as the end of this year. If that were to happen though, I’m sure the editor will be picked up and developed as a plugin instead. That should hopefully mean that there won’t be any problems for anyone.

I checked your site on iphone emulation using Chrome, and the mobile menu is showing up fine there. How can we reproduce the results you are getting on your end? Great, I’m glad that it’s working. The height for the element was set to 0 pixels, that’s why the dots were not clickable. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

Thanks for that, we can see the screenshot now. I can’t reproduce those results on iphone emulation on Chrome, or on an actual android device using Chrome though. Which device and browser are you using when you are getting this problem?

Hey Corrine,

There is no official support in Enfold for Elementor, but I think you should be able to use it anyway. I would recommend that you use the builder in Layout Builder in Enfold instead though.

Thanks for the login details. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not then please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then change the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options.

Hi Bernhard,

That should be available for you under Appearance->Theme Editor in the WordPress menu. If it’s not there on your installation, then please try reaching out to your hosting provider, as they might have removed that option for security reasons. It could also be removed by some security plugins.

Thanks for that. I’m not sure what is going wrong on your site unfortunately, there are no error messages at all. Could you try to first off update both WordPress and all plugins? If that doesn’t work then please try to disable all plugins, to see if that makes any difference.

I’m very sorry for the late reply. It seems stuck on my end as well unfortunately, I’m not sure if this is the problem, but I’m seeing error messages coming from the file/plugin in private. Could you try deactivating that to see if it makes any difference please?

Sorry for the late reply. It’s only possible to add 2 buttons by default unfortunately, but you add your own markup in the Caption field for example:

```

I’m very sorry for the late reply. I had a look at your layout on mobile, but I can’t see anything missing. Could you post a screenshot indicating the missing elements please?

Video; I’m using Chrome, but I can’t see any problems on desktop or mobile, the video is playing fine on both screen sizes. Could you try loading the site in an incognito browser window please?

I’m very sorry for the late reply. The reCAPTCHA should work on first load, if the first option is selected in the dropdown under Enfold->Privacy and Cookies->Cookie Handling->Default Cookie Behaviour. Could you try that out please?
