Hey Nathan,
Thanks for the screenshots, please post a link to where we can see the actual elements as well.

RikardFebruary 12, 2021 at 1:17 pm in reply to: Error message while embed google maps using iframe and code block #1279998Hi Ben,
That message is only there as a warning, if your code is working as it should then you can ignore it. If you are having problems with the code, then please try the Google Maps element from the builder instead, or post a link to where we can see the actual problem.
Best regards,
RikardHey Yu,
Thanks for using Enfold :-)
If your new site is going to use a different top domain, then yes, you would need an additional license. A single license is valid for one domain, including sub domains.
Best regards,
RikardHey hooman80,
There’s nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately, the closest thing would be a sticky header. You can set that under Enfold->Header->Header Behaviour.

Please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.
Best regards,
RikardHey felixl,
The theme doesn’t hide those fields, and I can’t reproduce the problem on a local installation.
Please update to the latest version of the theme (4.7.6.4) https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold- theme/#theme-update. If that doesn’t help then disable all plugins except Yoast. If that doesn’t help either, then please try reaching out to Yoast support to see if they can help you out.
Best regards,
RikardHi MariskaHoffland,
Great, I’m glad that you found a solution and thanks for sharing. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
Best regards,
RikardHi Jacquesha,
Since the LayerSlider which comes with the theme is bundled, it’s not always the latest version, and is updated when the theme is updated. All you need to worry about is to keep the theme updated.
Best regards,
RikardHi Jeff,
Thanks for the update. We’ll leave this thread open for you, let’s hope there is someone on the forum which has a solution for this problem.
Best regards,
RikardHi Jeff,
We can implement the permanent fix for you instead, after that then you can disable and delete the plugin. Please verify that you have a backup of the site, so that we can implement the permanent fix after that.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHi Bettina,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHey Andrea,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Please fill out the application on this page: https://jobs.kriesi.at/jobs-designer/, then we’ll get back to you after that :-)
Best regards,
RikardHi Kjetil,
We have stopped supporting that theme unfortunately, but you can find the latest version of the theme in private. Please note that it’s not compatible with newer versions of WordPress and PHP. I would recommend that you try running PHP 5.6, and a WordPress version below 5, to see if that works.
Best regards,
RikardHey Johannes,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.home span.logo { display: none; } .home .header-scrolled span.logo { display: block; }Best regards,
RikardHey rixi,

RikardFebruary 12, 2021 at 9:51 am in reply to: SEOPressor Conflict with Enfold – Disables Aiva Builder #1279920Hi,
Thanks for the clarification. We don’t have access to that plugin for testing, so it might be easier if you reached out to the plugin developers for support. Please note that the theme cannot be compatible with all third party plugins.
Best regards,
RikardHallo Marie,

RikardFebruary 12, 2021 at 9:45 am in reply to: Header and Header Phone Number/Extra Info Problem #1279918Hey mirotck,
Please try this in Quick CSS, while the french language is active in the theme options:
.av-logo-container { max-width: 100%; }Best regards,
RikardHey Alida,
Sorry for the problem. Please try updating using this plugin, to see if that works better: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/. Also try installing this plugin from Envato: https://envato.com/market-plugin/. If that doesn’t help, then please include admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi Laurent,
Thanks for the update. The login details you posted doesn’t seem to be working anymore, please check and verify.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’ve added some CSS for you in Quick CSS, and there’s no overlapping now. Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHey Hamidechi,
Which text exactly are you looking to decrease on mobile?

RikardFebruary 12, 2021 at 8:50 am in reply to: YouTube video throwing error when played in color selection #1279911Hi David,
Thanks for the update. I’ve been able to reproduce the problem you are having on separate site. I’m not sure exactly why this is happening, but the YouTube server is returning a 400 error. I’ve reported this to our developers, but I don’t have a solution available for you yet unfortunately.
Please reply to this thread once you have read it, so that it gets added back to our support queue.
To everyone else posting in this thread, who is not @dpriemer; please check this thread for updates, or open a new thread, and include details to your sites, so that we can have a closer look at them.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, and for the log. Please try to increase the memory allocated to PHP in your wp-config.php file: https://wordpress.org/support/article/editing-wp-config-php/#increasing-memory-allocated-to-php.
If you should need help with that, then please include FTP and admin WordPress login details in private. So that we can have a closer look at your site.
Best regards,
RikardHey Monika,
This CSS is causing that to happen:
h2 { font-size: 3em !important; }I’m not sure exactly where it’s added though. Please try to remove the !important part of the code, or wrap it in a media query, if you don’t want it applying on mobile:
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) { h2 { font-size: 3em; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. We haven’t tested the theme with any plugins like that, so we don’t have any recommendations to give unfortunately.
Best regards,
