RikardFebruary 16, 2021 at 8:43 am in reply to: Firefox issues: Page is slow and clunky and getting SSL message #1280736Hi Magnus,
You can change the URL manually in the theme options. If you need further help with that, then please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.
Best regards,
RikardHey carolemeziat,
Could you share the code which you are trying to add, and where you are trying to add it please?

RikardHallo Günther,
Kriesi is Austrian yes, but none of the moderators here on the forum are native German speakers unfortunately. If you can, then please communicate in English from now on.
I’m not sure that I completely understand the problem you are having, but it sound like you want to disable the WordPress autop function? If so then you can refer to this: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/339390/how-to-disable-auto-p-in-wordpress
If you need further help then please try to explain a bit further, and post a link to where we can see and reproduce the problem you are having.

RikardFebruary 16, 2021 at 7:29 am in reply to: Pictures have lost once again, menu&sort options no function #1280724Hey rosarot,
Thanks for the login details. I’m getting a 403 error after logging in though, are you blocking some country IP ranges maybe?
Best regards,
RikardHey mickya1,
Sorry for the problem. The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
After you have updated manually to the latest version, then the automatic updates should work after that.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic.

RikardHi Andreas,
No problem. I’m glad that you found the problem, and thanks for the update. I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now then, please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/, then delete all WordPress transients using it, to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I’m not sure exactly how you want to align the logo, could you try to explain that a bit further please? If you have a screenshot highlighting your intentions, then that would help too.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Could you try disabling all plugins, to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please note that this is not a bug, it’s how WordPress works by default, but the Yoast setting should work of course.
First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Also please upgrade the PHP version you are running to 7.2 or higher, after you have updated the theme. If that doesn’t help then please try reaching out to Yoast support, as they should be in a better place to help you out with this.
Best regards,
RikardHey cezar_llumar,
Could you post a screenshot highlighting the problem you are having please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Lisa,
Thanks for the login details. I check the post and page in private, but the Layout Builder is loading fine there. Is this happening on specific posts or pages? If so, then please link directly to them.

RikardHey threemarketinginc,
Sorry for the late reply. We are aware of this problem, but we don’t have a solution for it yet unfortunately. We will post any suggestion or solution that we come up with here, once we have any. Until then, could you try using Vimeo or a self hosted solution, to see if that works better please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Colin,
I’m not sure if this is related to the YouTube looping problem or not, but could you post a link to where we can test this out on your site please?
