    Hi there,

    When my site loads new videos in the full-width slider, event though i have “hide controls” selected, there’s a brief moment where you can see items like: the channel name and logo, youtube logo at the bottom right, share button, playlist.

    They are there for a few seconds then disappear. How can I fix this?

    Hey threemarketinginc,

    Sorry for the late reply. We are aware of this problem, but we don’t have a solution for it yet unfortunately. We will post any suggestion or solution that we come up with here, once we have any. Until then, could you try using Vimeo or a self hosted solution, to see if that works better please?
