Hi,

Thanks for the update. If you want different settings in different states, then you can simply add another instance of Hauptmenü Links under Enfold->Advanced Styling, and apply your new settings to the new state. Please try that out.

Hey dpoffinbarger,

There’s no functionality in the theme to import your testimonials automatically unfortunately, I would recommend that you do it manually instead.

I’m not sure what you want to change on larger screens though? Please try to explain a bit further, or post a screenshot highlighting your intentions.

Hi,

I tried adding the code to your .htaccess file, but it doesn’t make any difference unfortunately. Please note that this is not a theme problem, it’s the browser which is block the resource, because it’s being loaded from a different domain. Question: why is the file in question being loaded from the URL in private? What is point of having that extra WordPress installation?

Hi Carsten,

Thanks for that. I tried changing the z-index value for both the header, and the slider. The image becomes clickable after that, but the header disappear behind the slider unfortunately. It might work better if you use a regular image element instead? We can try it for you, if you give us access to the site in private.

Edit; you would likely have to edit the image in question, and cut out all the unnecessary white parts.

Autoplay videos are not supported on mobile devices unfortunately. You can select to show a fallback image in the element options instead, or hide the section for mobile, and use the regular Video element in its place.

I couldn’t see any problems on the first page, but the on the second one, there seems to be some elements which are not aligned properly. Could you post a screenshot highlighting the problem, for clarification, please?

Hey Littleplace,

The content comes back when the parent theme is active, so something in your child theme is causing this problem. Please try to remove all your customisations, then add them back one by one to see when the problems starts occurring. Also try to copy the original file of header.php from the parent to your child, then add your customisations back in the new file.

1. I can’t see any difference between the two News sections on your sites, could you try to explain the problem a bit further please?

2. There has been a lot of changes to the mobile menu between the current version, and the version you updated from. That is the likely reason of the changes you are seeing. We can help you out with styling your new menu though, if you let us know exactly what you would like to change?

The login details you posted seem to be working, but I’m seeing this error message after logging in:

Error: Google reCAPTCHA Ha fallat la verificació. Falta el paràmetre de resposta.

How can we get passed that?

You should be able to edit your widgets under Appearance->Widgets in the WordPress menu.

I’m not sure I understand the problem on the home page, so we would need to access the site in order to help you with that.
