Hey Jasper,

That is happening because of the negative margin you have applied to the first section with the buttons, could you try to add the content in the second section to the first section as well?

You can use this plugin in order to overwrite the existing installation: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/. Please make sure that you have a backup of your site before doing anything.

You are getting error message from the file in private. What happens if you clear the cache from the plugin, or leave it deactivated? If that doesn’t help then please include admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.

I checked your site as well, and I’m seeing the same thing as in Victorias screenshots. If you should have any further problems, then please update to the latest version of the theme (4.8.1): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

Thanks for the video. I can see the same problem on your site, but I can’t reproduce it on a local installation. Could you try to disable all plugins, to see if that changes anything? If not then please post FTP login details in private as well, so that we can try to upload a fresh copy of the theme for you. Also please give us permission to temporarily disable plugins, for testing purposes.

Hi,

Thanks for that. I activated the parent theme, and it starts working as it should after that. That means that something in your child theme is causing this problem. I wanted to check the content of the child theme, but the Appearance->Editor functionality is disabled on your installation.

This is not our update process, it comes from Envato. If have any complaints about it, then please direct it to them.
