I’m not sure which changes you need to make exactly, but you can override what you are referring to by copying header.php to your child theme. The code in question is located on line 80.

I checked your site on GTMetrix, and the biggest problem on your site is server response time (1.7 seconds), and large images on the front page. We can’t do anything about neither or those things unfortunately. I would suggest that you try reaching out to your hosting provider about the high server response times.

I’m still not sure I understand what you want to change on mobile though. I see that there is space there, but I don’t know what you want to move and to where? Please try to be as specific as possible, or post a screenshot highlighting what you would like to achieve.

If not, then please try activating the parent theme, to see if the problem is coming from your child theme.
