Hi kosmosdigital,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi Julia,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHey wealthyone,
That should be possible with custom CSS, could you post a link to where we can see the actual elements please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. We are not aware of any compatibility problems related to the performance/caching plugins you are referring to.
The RGB format is not supported unfortunately, only HEX. If you need to use RGB, then you would have to use custom CSS.
I can’t see the transparent dropdown problem on your actual site, I’m guessing that you managed to find a solution?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. You would set the priority as the third argument in add_action: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/add_action/, or try replacing wp_head with wp_footer.
Best regards,
RikardHi Pawel,
Thanks for the clarification. I’m not sure exactly how that plugin works, but I can’t see any reason as to why it should not work with Enfold.
Best regards,
RikardHey netzproduzenten,
I’m not sure I understand your intentions, could you try to explain them a bit further please? Also please post a link to where we can see your actual site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. You had selected for the problem page to be your blog page in the theme options. When doing that, it will use a different template. I’ve selected to not have a blog page in the theme options for you, and it’s now working as you wish.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Let’s try to deal with one problem at a time, did you try adding the code Ismael linked to? If you are having problems with that, then please give us access to the site in question, so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please have a look at the screenshot in private, that is where you will find the Blog Posts element.
Best regards,
RikardHi Franz,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive #top .logo { width: 70%; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
You didn’t copy the whole code I posted. I added it myself to Quick CSS just now, and it’s applying and working.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update and feedback. We’ll take your remarks into consideration for future development of the theme.

RikardHi John,
If you make the container wider, then the logo and menu will further apart, yes. Maybe you could simply try a lower value than 1450?
Best regards,
RikardHi hacart,
The .product_meta div is hidden on the page you linked to, what more do you want to hide?
Best regards,
RikardHi Mike,
Could you try to be a bit more specific as to what you need help with please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Mike,
Could you post a screenshot highlighting the problem you are seeing on tablets please? Also please let us know in which browser you are seeing this problem.
Best regards,
RikardHi Mike,
There is no file called main.js in the theme, and I can’t see a file called that being loaded on your site either. Did you manage to find a solution to this problem?

Thanks for the update, I’m glad that you found a solution to your problem. I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now then, please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.
Best regards,
RikardHi Anke,
Thanks for update. The problem in Chrome is not theme or platform specific, it’s local cache which we have no control over. You can try loading the page in an incognito window, that will load a non cached version of the site.
Best regards,
RikardHi Fredrik,
Sorry for the problem. Maybe you can try searching for the receipt in your customers email? If you can’t find the details, and you need to purchase the theme again, then it won’t affect any functionality on the site. Simply follow these instructions on how to register your license: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardHi Gil,
Thanks for reaching out to us. The email you posted is not registered on our support forum. In order to receive updates and support, you need to have access to the account which purchased your license of the theme at Themeforest. Do you think you can get those details from the developers? If not, then you might have to purchase a new license.
Best regards,

RikardHi Lucía,
I’m not sure I understand the problem you are having. You are using a Text Block element, and you are in the Text tab in the editor? If that is the case, then you need to switch to the Visual tab, then add the button using the Magic Wand tool.
If I have misunderstood you, then please try to explain the problem a bit further, or post a screenshot highlighting it.

RikardHey shannonjhester,
Thanks for the login details, I think you forgot to include the URL to the site though?
Best regards,
RikardHi Scott,
Thanks for the update. I’m not aware of any solution which would give you dynamic background images, the theme is using plain CSS. If you want apply your own CSS, then please refer to these resources:
https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/pr_background-position.asp
https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_background-size.asp
https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/pr_background-attachment.aspPlease use the avia-section section class, or the ID of the Color Section in question, in order to target the background image.
Best regards,
Rikard -
