Hey Apollid,

Thanks for the login details. We haven’t had any other users reporting this problem, and I can’t reproduce it on a test site, so it’s likely that it’s a local problem on your site. Could you try disabling all plugins, to see if that changes anything please?

Hey HERZBLUAT,

If you edit a template, then it won’t change on the other pages where you have used it unfortunately. You would have to create and use a custom element in the Custom Element tab in the Layout Builder, if you want your changes to propagate across your site.

No, that didn’t work unfortunately. Maybe you could try reaching out to your hosting provider and ask if they can remove the htaccess login prompt, or give you working details for it?

Thank you for sharing your experience, and for using Enfold. I have the same experience as you; it’s rare that any theme is solely responsible for a slow loading site, it’s usually a combination between them being poorly optimised, and on budget hosting solutions.

Thanks for the kind feedback on our support as well. Sometimes our response times are a bit high, but we are always trying to improve on that :-)

You have set the menu items which are not correct to act as mega menus under Appearance->Menus. Please edit your menu items, and uncheck the Use as Mega Menu checkbox.

Hi,

Thanks for the update and clarification. Maybe it would be better if you hide the current layout for mobile, and create a different layout using Color Section elements for mobile instead then? You can set the height in the Color Section options.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. Did you make sure to activate the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance? Also make sure that you don’t have any caching active, and load the site in an incognito or private browser window. If neither of those measures should work, then we could have to have access to the actual site in some way, in order to help you out further.
