Hi Daniel,
Thanks for that. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.8.3) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardHi again,
Do you remember which version of the theme you were running before the update? If you do, then we can try to downgrade to that first of all. If not, then we can try the previous version to see if that works better.

RikardJune 2, 2021 at 5:30 am in reply to: How can I use Grid Row or something equivalent inside Tab Section? I #1303496Hey Chris,
Nesting elements like that is not supported by default unfortunately, but if you want to try copying shortcodes into other elements, then you can activate debug mode: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode

Please try this CSS as well:
#av-burger-menu-ul .av-menu-button > a .avia-menu-text { padding: 0; border: none; border-radius: 0; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure where you have sent the login token? Please post it here in private, so that all moderators have access to it.

RikardJune 2, 2021 at 5:21 am in reply to: Aligning caption right when caption positioning is right #1303493Hi,
Thanks for that. You can set the position of the caption for each slide if you click into the slide in question, then go to Styling->Caption.

RikardHey Eefke,
Thanks for the login details. I think you forgot to include a URL to the site though?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
The FTP login details are working for me, but I can’t see what the problem is unfortunately. Your site breaks directly when Enfold is activated unfortunately. Do you have access to server logs? If so, then please share them with us here. You could also try reaching out to your hosting provider, to see if they can see what is breaking.
Your site is accessible again, but it has a default theme active.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Our developer have solved this problem, I’ve tested and verified it on test installation. I’ve added the fix to your site as well, could you test without your CSS to see if it’s working please?
Regards,
RikardHey Levante,
Sorry for the problem, I see the same thing on your site, and on a test installation as well unfortunately. I’ve reported this problem to our developers, and I will let you know here once we have a solution for this.
We can give you custom CSS to use for now, but I see that you have added the same ID for the Tab Section as you have in the contact form for example. Could you add a unique ID for that element please?

I’m not sure I fully understand what you are looking to achieve, but there’s nothing like that by default in the theme unfortunately. Maybe you could try looking for a plugin or third party code?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I toggled the file compression settings in the theme options, and it’s working as it should now. Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHey stelx,
We can’t help you out unless we can see the actual error unfortunately, could you upload the site to a live server maybe? The files which are throwing the error are coming from the plugin, is the same thing happening if you switch to a default WordPress theme?
Best regards,
RikardHi Abrahamson,
Thanks for that. I’ve fixed it for you, there are no more mixed content warnings now on the front or blog page.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please see private. Note that my IP is dynamic, so it might change once I’m able to check your site again. The same goes for all the other moderators, so if you can turn that functionality off, then that would be better.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#custom_html-3 { position: absolute; right: 10px; top: 10px; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. You have selected to show 6 posts in the element options, and you have 6 posts in the category you have selected. It can’t paginate if there are no more posts to show.
Best regards,
RikardHi Patrick,
Thanks for the update and feedback, I can see the same thing on my end unfortunately. I will bring this up with our developers again.

RikardHi,
Going to any URL on your site, redirects to the page in private.

RikardHi stochastique,
We are aware that there is problem when running the SG Optimiser, and having file compression active in the theme. We don’t know exactly what is causing the problem though, but turning off file compression in the theme should solve it. This functionality is not necessary when running the SG Optimiser, since it should be able to compress all the site resources.
Best regards,
RikardHey entrepreneurgirl,
How exactly do you add it using the plugin? If it’s shortcode or another type of code, then you could try it in the phone number field in the theme options. You could also try adding it in a widget in the header: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/header/#adding-a-header-widget-area
Best regards,
RikardHey 805ITS,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) { .avia-caption-content p { padding-top: 20px; } }This CSS is aligning the caption and title on mobile:
.home .caption_bottom .slideshow_caption .slideshow_inner_caption { bottom: 35vh !important; color: black; text-align: center !important; }It looks like it’s been added to Quick CSS? If so, then please adjust it there.
Best regards,
RikardHey 805ITS,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#scroll-top-link { bottom: 100px; }Best regards,
RikardJune 1, 2021 at 5:08 am in reply to: Basic custom flex column design has a problem in footer… #1303315Hi,
Thanks for the screenshots, and update. Please post a link to where we can see the actual problem, if you should need any further help with this. Also let us know exactly what you would like to fix, and on which screen sizes.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’ve enabled debug mode on your installation, and created a test page, please see private. I’m not sure if this is a problem or not though, since the second Grid Row section with payment information, just above the two full width pictures, is set to not display on desktop screens in the element options. Maybe that is the problem you are seeing on your end as well? You can simply uncheck the checkbox under the Advanced tab in the element option, in order to show it again.
Best regards,
RikardHi Mavofa,

RikardHi,

RikardJune 1, 2021 at 4:43 am in reply to: Is it Possible to have the Text Block Toolbar Stick to Top when Scrolling? #1303304Hey SyberKnight,
There’s nothing like that in the theme by default, and creating such functionality would be out of scope of theme support unfortunately.
Best regards,
RikardHi coreyblaser,
