Hey wtechgr,
You could try using an iframe, I’m not sure I see the point of doing what you are looking to do though?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. The theme could be responsible for your problems, but it’s unlikely since we can’t reproduce the problems you are having on test installations. We haven’t had any reports from other users of similar problems either. I see a lot of errors on the page in private, and none of the seem to be generated by the theme, please see screenshot. Why is there a lot of errors pointing to the URL in private for example?
Best regards,
RikardHey Jochen,
Thanks for the screenshot, and sorry for the late reply. I checked your site using Chrome, but I can’t reproduce the problem on any screen size. Could you let us know how we can reproduce the results you are getting on our end please?

Thanks for the login details, and sorry for the late reply. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.5) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If you need to generate a token, then please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardHi Paul,
Thanks for the update, and sorry again for the problems and late reply. Please hold off with updating your sites until we have a new release available of the theme, we are planning a new release on Monday. That should hopefully resolve the problems you are seeing on the staging site.
It’s ok to jump version when updating.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I haven’t changed anything on your site, but if you want to change the name of your site, then you can do so in the WordPress settings.
About the Masonry gallery; I don’t have a solution for you at this moment unfortunately, but we can help you with rolling back your site to a previous version. If you would like that, then please include FTP login details in private as well, and verify that you have backups of the site.
Best regards,
RikardHi MarioAli,
Thanks for the update, and sorry for the late reply. I’m not sure exactly what is going wrong on your site unfortunately, but I don’t think the theme is causing the problems. I know you mentioned that disabling plugins and restoring an old version of the theme did not work, but I don’t see any other means of checking both of those options again. Was everything working as it should when you were running 4.8.3? If so, then we can roll back your site to that version. If you would like us to do that, then please include FTP login details in private as well, and verify that you have backups of the site.

Thanks for the update. We’ll keep this thread open for you, let’s hope the LayerSlider team comes up with an update asap.

RikardJuly 31, 2021 at 6:15 am in reply to: Margin values on separator element being ignored after latest update #1313533Hi,
Sorry for the late reply. I’ve added this in your Quick CSS box:
body .container_wrap .hr.avia-builder-el-last, body .container_wrap .hr.avia-builder-el-first { margin: 0; }Could you confirm that things are working as they should now please? If not then we can help you with rolling back your site to 4.8.3. If you would like that, then please include FTP login details in private as well, and verify that you have backups of the site.
Best regards,
RikardHey Marieke,
Thanks for reaching out to us. We don’t have list of developers in your area unfortunately. Maybe you could try contacting the owners of the site in question, to see if they could help you out?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this instead:
.linea .hr-inner { border-top-width: 15px !important; }Best regards,
RikardHi Colin,
Thanks for that. The preview starts working when I activate the parent theme, so the problem is coming from your child. Could you start off with an empty child theme, then add the files back in one by one, to see where the problem is coming from please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the login details. I can see the same problems on your site on my end, but I’m not sure exactly what is causing them though. If you want to, then we can roll your site back to 4.8.3. If you would like that, then please provide us with FTP login details in private as well, and verify that you backups of your sites. We are planning a new release on Monday, but I can’t promise you that it will fix the problems you are having.

RikardJuly 30, 2021 at 11:16 am in reply to: Warning: Undefined variable $permalink in class-avia-gutenberg.php on line 1434 #1313424Hi,
Thanks for that. The warnings disappear if you select to use the Classic Editor on the main page of the theme options, which I have done for you. If you want to investigate further why they are appearing, then please try downgrading your PHP version to 7.4.x for example.

RikardJuly 30, 2021 at 11:10 am in reply to: Deprecated: contextual_help is deprecated since version 3.3.0! #1313422Hi,
Thanks for that. I don’t think this is generated by the theme, you can verify that if you install and activate one of the default WordPress theme. Also please try to disable all plugins, to see if the warnings are generated by any of them.
Best regards,
RikardHey Christopher,
Thanks for reaching out with your offer. We are not interested at this time though.

RikardJuly 30, 2021 at 5:54 am in reply to: Enfold update – Testimonial slider background color not correct #1313372Hi James,
I tried deactivating plugins, but it’s not possible to deactivate WP Rocket for some reason. Could you try on your end as well, to verify the behaviour please? I very much doubt that this problem is caused by the theme. If you want to verify that, then please activate one of the default WordPress themes, and try deactivating the plugin again. Also, it might be a good idea to reach out to your hosting provider about this problem.
We can try to help you out if you want to roll back to an earlier version of the theme via FTP, but it might be easier if you could do it yourself. We can provide you with the theme files, if you want to give it a go yourself.
Best regards,
RikardHey Don,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Enfold is compatible with WooCommerce, but it doesn’t come with the special functionality you are looking for by default. You might be able to find plugins or third party code to implement functionality like that, but I can’t say for sure.
Best regards,
RikardHey m,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.5) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If updating doesn’t help, then please try to use the URL in private instead.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the screencasts. I can’t reproduce the problems you are seeing on your end though, the images are showing up fine when I check. Could you try a different browser, or use an incognito or private browser window, to see if that helps please?
Best regards,
RikardHey Rick,
All of your sites are running old versions of the theme. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.5) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

RikardJuly 30, 2021 at 4:35 am in reply to: Image with link. Hover zoom in center on the left instead of center #1313362Hi Robert,
If you explain a bit further where you want to apply this, then we can give you example CSS to try out. Also please post a link to where we can see the element in question.
Best regards,
RikardHey schwabino,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.home #av-masonry-2 span.av-masonry-date { display: none; }Best regards,
RikardJuly 30, 2021 at 4:29 am in reply to: Change Follow-Link into No-Follow-Link on the Partner Logo elements #1313360Hi,
Thanks for the update. I see that you are adding that image in a text block, and there is an overlay added, but it’s also hidden in the markup. If you use the Image element from the Layout builder, then the overlay will show. Please try that out instead.
Best regards,
RikardHi Arkadi,
I tried applying a fix on your site, but it doesn’t seem to be changing anything. Could you try enabling your parent theme to see if that changes anything? Also make sure to clear all caches and/or disable the caching plugin. If that doesn’t help either, then we can roll back your site to 4.8.3 if you like.
Best regards,
RikardHi Harry,
I can’t see any error message on the page you linked to, how can reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end?
Best regards,
