Thanks for the update. I tried logging into your site, but I’m also getting a 403 error on the login page, I’m guessing that your login page is restricted to some country IP ranges. About your problem; could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.6) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

We can’t provide support for third party plugins unfortunately. The theme has functionality for setting a maintenance page though, did you try that out?

There’s nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately, maybe you could try searching for a plugin or third party code which would implement such functionality on your site?

It looks like the page in question is not published? You need to publish the page first, before it can be selected as your custom 404 page.

Hi Monika,

Thanks for the update. We can try to give you custom CSS to use to get the numbers all the way to the browsers edge, but it might be easier if you simply made the container elements on the page 100% wide. Would that be an option for you? If so, then you can set that in the theme options, if you want it site wide. If you only need it for a single page, then we can give you custom CSS for that.

We had this problem in a previous version, but it should be fixed in the version you are running, and I can’t see the problem on your actual site either. If you are still having problems on your end, then please try loading the page in an incognito or private browser window to see if that helps.

I’m seeing the same thing on my end now as well, it doesn’t work on first load, but does work if the page is reloaded. It was working as it should on my end yesterday though. I’m not sure what is causing this unfortunately, but I’ve asked the rest of the team to have a look at your site as well. Please reply to this thread once you have read it, so that it gets added back to our support queue.

Thanks for that. I created a test page, please see private. I got the same problem there, but I couldn’t reproduce the problem on a local installation. I tried activating the parent theme on your site as well, and it’s working as it should after that. Could you try to remove all your customisation, then add them back one to one to see which one is causing this problem please?
