Hi,

Thanks for that. I can’t see anything obviously wrong with you site, so this might have something temporary. Did you receive the email more than once? If not, it’s likely that it’s temporary. We’re planning on releasing a new version of the theme later today, you might want to check if the same problem happens when updating to that.

Hey namgyal,

Thanks for the login details. You are getting a 403 error on the admin-ajax.php WordPress file on that page. I’m not sure exactly why that is though. Could you enable debug mode, so that we can try to move the content of the problem page, to a test page please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. We can do it for you, if you give us permission to do so.

Yes, please try to downgrade the PHP version, to see if the warnings disappear after that. Please note that these warnings will likely not cause any problems on your site.

Thanks for that. I’ve uploaded a fresh version of the theme for you, but that didn’t make any difference unfortunately. Would it be ok if we disabled all plugins via FTP, to see if that helps?

Hi Robert,

If you want to apply this CSS to more than one element, and on multiple pages, then it would be better if you assigned a class to the image elements. After that you should be able to target them using CSS like this:
```
.your-custom-class img:hover {
    transform-origin: top right;
}
```
If you want to try to target the images on the page you linked to, then please try this out instead:
```
#HoverZoomLeft img:hover {
    transform-origin: top right;
}
```

Thanks for the update. The theme has functionality for both setting a maintenance page, and handling cookies, did you check that out? We can’t be responsible for problems with third party plugins, but if you need further help with that, then we need to see the actual problem on your site.

Sorry for the late reply. I’m not sure what is going on with your front page unfortunately. Does it make any difference if you select to use the Classic Editor on the main page of the theme options? If not, then please enable debug mode: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode, and move all the content to a new page, to see if that helps. We can do this for you, if you give us permission to do so.

If you can’t get the necessary information, then I think your best option would be to simply purchase the theme again. After you have done so, then please follow this in order to register your license: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/. You should be able to use the new token with your existing site.
