Hi Jay,
Thanks for the update. I really don’t know why you are getting those errors, but it might be related to the auto save function in WordPress. That is just me guessing though, I don’t really have proof for that. Anyway, I created a new test page and copied the content over from the pages with the errors, and the errors disappear after that, please see private.
I know you said that you want to use the Gutenberg editor, but it might be a good idea to try and set it to the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options, for testing purposes. You could also try installing this plugin, which would enable you to delete WordPress transients: https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/
Best regards,
RikardHey Sabine,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
div.av-xtbv-2a1cb4f0485cd7b5890ad13c5f5845f4 { text-align: center; } div.av-xtbv-2a1cb4f0485cd7b5890ad13c5f5845f4 .av_font_icon, div.av-xtbv-2a1cb4f0485cd7b5890ad13c5f5845f4 .av_font_icon a { display: inline; }Best regards,

Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.everest-forms input[type="checkbox"] { width: auto; margin-right: 10px; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update and clarification. The theme settings won’t affect the editor font, the font used there depends on which font you have selected in the field which is indicated on the right in your screenshot.
Best regards,
RikardHey Jeannette,
Where can we see and reproduce the problem you are having? Also, does this problem only occur when Enfold is active?
Best regards,
RikardHey interstar007,
The shortcodes on the page you linked to doesn’t seem to be theme shortcodes, could you post a link to where we can see the problem with the theme shortcodes please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Rene,
Thanks for the update. You can request a refund with Themeforest/Envato, we will confirm it once it’s been sent to us.

Thanks for that, the FTP details are working now.
I changed the CSS to the following, and the fonts are working on mobile now as well:
@font-face{ font-family: "Papyrus W01"; src:url("https://yoursite.ch/wp-content/themes/enfold/css/fonts/883327/01fb9a9b-55ce-4693-b692-bd99b3c70400.woff2") format("woff2"),url("https://yoursite.ch/wp-content/themes/enfold/css/fonts/883327/2fe0bd0f-bd5a-4ed4-8c63-1876362fdf8c.woff") format("woff"); } h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 { font-family: "Papyrus W01" !important; }Please review your site.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. The login details are working, but we still can’t see your screenshots since they are not shared publicly. Please try changing their status, or upload them to a service like imgur.com instead.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’m not sure what to make of that unfortunately, it doesn’t really give any clues on what is going wrong. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they can give you any more information please? Also please point out to them, that the error page doesn’t seem to be coming from WordPress, it’s a server error page.

RikardHey Spiru_show1,
This is the default CSS which applies to that element:
.caption_framed .slideshow_caption .avia-caption-content p, .caption_framed .slideshow_caption .avia-caption-title, .avia-caption .avia-caption-content p, .avia-caption .avia-caption-title { background: rgba(0,0,0,0.5); }Please try adding your own colour, then add the code to Quick CSS in the theme options.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, we can access your site now. Is it the arrow in your mega menu which you are referring to? If so, then how exactly do you want to change their behaviour?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, we can access your site now. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.6.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please try activating your parent theme, to see if that changes anything. Also please try disabling all plugins, if the two previous methods should not yield any positive results.
Best regards,
RikardHey Dizi2002,
Thanks for the login details. I toggled the file compression options under Enfold->Performance, and it seems to be working after that. Please check and verify on your end as well.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, I answered your question already: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/support-using-the-theme/#post-1317491. You don’t need to activate the LayerSlider, it will be updated when the theme is updated.

RikardHi Roberta,

RikardAugust 26, 2021 at 7:25 am in reply to: Background images content section disappeared/not displayed after update #1318391Hi,
I asked you for login details in my previous reply, could you post them in private please? Also make sure to write something in the public box.
Best regards,
RikardHi Nora,
You could try using the nth child selector: https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/sel_nth-child.asp. So your CSS would look something like this if you wanted to target the first child element:
.team-social:nth-child(1) { background-image: url(https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/files/2017/02/people-2.jpg); background-repeat: no-repeat; background-size: cover; }You would likely need to be more specific in your CSS if you only want that to apply to a single element. You could add the elements in a Color Section and give it an ID for example, then you could use CSS like this:
#your-section-id .team-social:nth-child(1) { background-image: url(https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/files/2017/02/people-2.jpg); background-repeat: no-repeat; background-size: cover; }Best regards,
RikardHi Alex,
